These terms cover the use of this website and the services provided by Roofgear Services Sdn Bhd. By requesting a quote or booking work, you agree to them.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the information available at the time and, where relevant, an on-site inspection. If the job differs from what was described — hidden damage, additional access work or a change of scope — we will discuss any revised price with you before continuing.
Bookings and access
Please make sure someone aged 18 or over can provide safe access to the work area at the agreed time. If we cannot gain access or a visit is cancelled at short notice, a call-out charge may apply.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion of the work. We accept cash, bank transfer, DuitNow QR and major e-wallets, and issue an invoice for every completed job.
Workmanship and warranty
We carry out work to Malaysian standards and provide a workmanship warranty on repairs and installations. Parts, fittings and membranes carry the relevant manufacturer warranty. Warranties do not cover misuse, third-party alterations or normal wear.
Liability
We take care on every job, but we are not liable for pre-existing faults, or for indirect or consequential loss beyond the value of the work carried out, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Emergencies
For urgent call-outs we prioritise making the situation safe. A full repair may need a follow-up visit once parts or further assessment are arranged.
