Roofer applying waterproofing membrane to a flat roof
Roof & damp work

Where the water gets in, and how we stop it

A tropical downpour finds every weakness — a lifted tile, a tired flashing, a hairline crack in a slab. We inspect the whole path the water takes, not just the wet patch on the ceiling, then fix the cause.

  • Roof leak detection and source tracing
  • Tile, ridge and flashing repair or replacement
  • Flat-roof and balcony waterproofing membranes
  • Concrete slab and gutter-line crack sealing
  • Gutter and downpipe clearing, resealing and replacement
  • Ceiling stain and minor water-damage make-good
Done properly

Why our roof fixes last

We find the source

Proper tracing means we fix where the water enters, not just where it shows up.

Right materials

Membranes and sealants chosen for ponding and harsh sun, not the cheapest tin on the shelf.

Warranty on seals

Waterproofing work carries a workmanship warranty, so you are covered if the weather tests it.

Roofing FAQ

Quick answers

You fixed a leak before but the stain came back — why?

A ceiling stain is often metres from the actual entry point. Water travels along battens and slabs before it drops. We trace the true source, which is why our repairs tend to stick.

Do you waterproof flat roofs and balconies?

Yes. We prepare the surface and apply a proper membrane or coating system suited to ponding and Malaysian sun, rather than a quick smear of sealant.

Can you clear and reseal gutters too?

We clear, realign and reseal gutters and downpipes, and replace sections that have rusted or cracked, so rainwater is carried away instead of overflowing down the wall.

Chasing a roof leak?

Send us a photo of the stain and roughly where it is. We will tell you what is likely happening and how we would fix it.
