We deliberately stayed local. Being based in Kota Damansara means we know the housing stock — the older terraces with tired wiring, the flat-roof extensions that pond after a storm, the townhouses with fussy water pressure. That familiarity gets your problem diagnosed faster.

A booked slot is a promise. If we are ever running late, you get a call before the window, not after.
Quote before we start
You approve a clear price before a spanner is lifted. Extras only ever happen with your say-so.
Leave it safe
Every circuit, joint and seal is checked before we go. Compliance is the baseline, not an upsell.
Tidy up after
Dust sheets down, offcuts out, floors swept. You should barely know we were there — apart from the fix.
